Could not recommend this company enough. Went over and above to get a sub woofer for our TV repaired. It was under guarantee with John Lewis but since making the purchase have moved to France. Friendly staff who were willing to go that extra mile to make a frustrated customer very happy.

I am giving 5***** to BDS Audio Visual ltd because of the excellent customer service I received from Alex Morton. He was a genuinely nice guy, very helpful with a calm nature. Alex came to my house to inspect my large TV, after the diagnosis, a few days later, he came to pick up the TV for repairs and went further to help me remove all my TV wall mount/ bracket which I had no clue of how to take off. This was something outside of his job, but he offered to help take them off the wall for me. It was all about customer service and because of him, I will recommend BDS Audio Visual ltd. People like Alex make me still believe in humanity. Thank you.
Our TV broke down just before Christmas. Kelly identified the fault with the TV from my description on the phone, ordered the part and booked an engineer for two working days time. The engineer called ahead of his visit and arrived when he said he would, completing the repair quickly The whole service was excellent -Kelly understood the repair under warranty terms, ensured the TV was fixed as soon as possible and without any fuss. Highly recommend the service and in particular thank Kelly for her first class customer service!
